Responsibilities:
- Reviewing project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Conducting site inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Providing technical expertise and recommendations.
- Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Documenting project progress and maintaining records.
- Supervising contracted staff.
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
- Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales.
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- preparing site reports and logging progress.
- Supervise the execution of all activities on-site as per the approved designs, specifications, and project timeline
