Job Summary: The Marketing Manager will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within the organization) to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. The role involves managing a team, budgeting, and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
• Develop marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze competitors and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Campaign Management and Growth Marketing
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Adjust strategies and tactics based on performance data.
Team Leadership:
• Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team.
• Set clear performance goals and provide regular feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the marketing budget.
• Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Track and report on budget performance.
Brand Management:
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Protect and enhance the company’s brand image.
Content Creation:
• Oversee the creation of marketing content, including websites, brochures, social media posts, and more.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and agencies.
Stakeholder Management:
• Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Performance Tracking:
• Use analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Strategic partnership development and management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Certification in digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
